Automatic Print & Apply Labeling with OCR Vision Inspection System
This solution features an automatic Print & Apply labeling system designed to print product information received directly from the customer’s software and automatically apply the label onto plastic bags before the packaging process.
After labeling, each product passes through an OCR Vision Inspection System, which verifies that the label has been correctly applied, checks the accuracy of the printed information, and confirms the label position.
If the system detects any defects—such as missing labels, incorrect printed information, unreadable text, or improperly positioned labels—it generates an NG (No Good) signal to the Rejection Unit, which automatically removes the defective product from the production line.
Products that pass all inspection criteria (OK) are continuously conveyed to the bag collection tray, ensuring a reliable, accurate, and fully automated production process.
